5Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and skincare products may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged on arrival
• Any request for a return, replacement, or refund must be raised within the return window mentioned on our Returns & Refunds page, along with supporting photos/videos where applicable
• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped; once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the timeframe stated on our Returns & Refunds page
